a little bit about me:

Aimee is a critical environmental justice scholar, environmental consultant and planner, model, and writer. Born in London, UK to Nigerian parents, Aimee spent the majority of her childhood exploring the outdoors of her small, suburban Baltimore hometown. Her appreciation for the environment brought her to the University of Georgia, where she graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Ecology.  She is currently pursuing a concurrent Master's degree in Environmental Studies and Community and Regional Planning at the University of Oregon. She approaches issues of social inequality by framing them as intertwined with environmental injustices. She seeks to use these framings to shape applied work in real communities, contributing wholistic, systems-thinking approaches that steer projects in new and exciting directions with positive impacts and learning experiences for those involved.
